• Ability to read and analyze plans and specifications in detail
• Work with Superintendents to prepare and update project schedules
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontract work in accordance with progress schedule
• Attend pre-construction and job meetings
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Prepare and transmit appropriate project correspondence (Invoices, RFI’s, Submittals)
• Analyze cost reports and monitor job profitability

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent

• Prepare cost detailed estimates
• Ensure timely completion of estimates
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
• Participate in hand off and project cost review meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in estimating
• Highly proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid a plus
